250 East 144th Street is building A of Morris Court, a large-scale development in the South Bronx. The 125,000 square foot building consists of 100 units of mixed income housing, paired with ground floor retail and underground parking. The development is one of the first to come to fruition as a result of the Lower Concourse rezoning, which was completed by the Department of City Planning in 2010.

253 East 142nd Street is building B of Morris Court. The 130,000 square foot building consists of 101 units of mixed income housing with a ground floor day care center and underground parking. Financing was provided by the New York City Housing Development Corporation.
